8 medium potatoes 1-1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 cup sour cream 1-1/2 tsp horseradish 1 tsp celery seed 1/2 cup chopped parsley 1 tbsp dill weed 1 medium onion, chopped salt and pepper, to taste
Boil and chop potatoes with skins left on. Mix remaining ingredients and add to potatoes. Chill several hours.
