TOASTED CRAB CANAPES

2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. minced onion
3/4 can lump crab meat
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup light cream
12 (2Ó) rounds of bread
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp. milk
Parsley

In large sautŽ pan, melt butter; add onions and cook until yellow. Add crab meat and sautŽ lightly. Add paprika, mustard, salt, pepper and flour. Mix well. Add Worcestershire sauce and light cream. Cook, stirring constantly until thick. Toast bread rounds on one side under broiler. Spread crab meat on untoasted side. Combine Parmesan cheese and milk and spread on top of crab mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
