1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 egg (slightly beaten)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Drop by teaspoonful onto a baking sheet and press with fork. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool before removing from sheet.
