Woody Herman's Thundering Herd has now been rolling along for over 60 years! Woody discovered countless numbers of jazz stars over the decades and passed the reigns to Frank in 1987 to continue the marvelous swinging tradition established in 1939. In the past few years, The Herd has continued to travel throughout the USA and around the globe performing to sold-out enthusiastic audiences at jazz festivals, clubs and theaters.
