Woman Arrested Following Hit-And-Run... WILLINGBORO, N.J. (CBS) —A Willingboro woman has been arrested for a hit-and-run crash in Burlington Township.

Lynn Sheppard-Rutledge turned herself in to police on Sunday.

Detectives say she was behind the wheel last Wednesday when she hit a man crossing Route 541 near Bromley Boulevard.

He suffered a broken leg and cuts.
