Singles: October 18
South Jersey Singles will be have plenty of opportunities to meet that special someone with an events schedule including fall festival, a book club meeting and a happy hour.
It all begins on October 18 (postponed from October 15) when singles can join the Never Private Wine and Beverage Group at the Haddon Fresh Festival. The group will meet at 4pm to enjoy a festival including live music, beer and food. The participating brewery, Double Nickel Beer, is one of the group’s favorites. Other treats include food trucks and fresh sangria on site. It’s all happening from 4pm to 9pm at Haddon Square, located at 51 Haddon Avenue in Haddon Township. The next day (October 19) the Fantastic Fifties invite singles to join them for a book club meeting. The group will meet at 7pm at the Rohrer Library to discuss the novel, “Killers of the Flower Moon” by David Grann. This event is free, and the book is available on www.amazon.com. Participants should bring a snack and be ready for some great conversation. The Rohrer Library is located at 15 MacArthur Boulevard in Westmont. Then on October 25 the Never Private Wine and Beverage Group is at it again with Happy Hour at Houlihan’s. The group will meet at 6pm to enjoy delightful cocktails and conversation.
